We do not allow cancellations or refunds including address changes once your order has been placed. No exceptions.

Our products are high-quality, print on demand in the USA in order to eliminate our production and to reduce carbon emissions. We do not plan for you to need a return based on our quality.
DAMAGES OR MINOR DEFECTS:
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following directions:
Email Subject: *Insert Order Number* - Return (ex: Order #15835 - Return)
Email Body: Please let us know what was wrong with the item(s) you ordered
- Item(s) can be returned within 7 days of delivery receipt
- Item(s) must be unused and returned in original packaging, box and bubble wrap
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs + a 10% restocking fee
- Initial shipping is not refunded
- All returns must be authorized by an I Can Planner team member before refund process begins
Once your return has been approved, the I Can Planner team will contact you for further instructions on how to ship your item(s) back.
If something is wrong and it is our fault, we of course will take care of the situation.
Please keep in mind, no item is perfect, even when bought from a large high end brand, there will always be discrepancies.
There are NO cancellations at this time or exchanges *unless something is clearly defective to the point where it does not allow you to use the product as intended, or marketed.
If you receive the wrong item in the mail, we will take care of that item but we will not send out new colors/ new variations of your order in addition.
